Full-Service Interior Design - Renovations
This design service provides maximum assistance for our clients and is ideal for clients who are looking for customized options for their furnishings.
Our design fee is a fixed price per square foot and is always separate from the furnishing/construction material budget.
Our Design process begins with a complimentary "Meet & Greet" Zoom Meeting to introduce our design process, deliverables, financial expectations, etc. After the Virtual Meeting, we will schedule an Initial Site Visit to gather measurements, photographs, and details on the Scope of Work to be performed- information used to prepare a detailed Scope of Work document. The fee associated with the 2-hour initial site visit & preparation of the Scope of Work document is $900 and needs to be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled Site-Visit.
